Midwest Engineered System’s booth will showcase automated systems for innovative manufacturers, including cells with Force / Torque integration, Robotic Bin Picking, & Coordinated Motion / and High Robot Precision.
Force / Torque Integration
The force / torque integration demonstration uses a KUKA Robot and highlights force sensors, tight tolerance capabilities, as well as fluid speed/distance data processing.
Random Robotic Bin Picking
The robotic bin picking cell features an ABB Robot that will demonstrate robotic bin picking using a SICK 3D vision system that tracks, replicates, and maps the bin environment. The system has many advantages, such as identifying parts regardless of color or texture and the ability to move sharp or heavy parts safely.
Coordinated Motion / High Robot Precision
The coordinated motion / high robot precision system uses a FANUC LR Mate robot. This cell showcases tight tolerances, coordinated motion, and high repeatability / robot precision.
Midwest Engineered Systems is an ABB Robotics Value Provider, an official KUKA Robotics System Partner, and a FANUC Robotics Authorized Integrator.
